The Nanotechnology Center for Mechanics in Regenerative Medicine aims to advance understanding of cellular mechanical biology in order to develop technologies for regenerative medicine.
This groundbreaking institution is an NIH-funded (NIH Nanomedicine Roadmap Initiative) international partnership of researchers at six institutions across the world: Columbia University, Mount Sinai Medical Center, New York University, the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel, the University of Heidelberg in Germany, Max Planck Institute fur Metallforschung and ETH, the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich.
